This business demonstrates highly questionable ethics and appears to operate more like a predatory enterprise than a legitimate service provider. Following a traffic accident, they charged an outrageous $600 for less than 24 hours of vehicle impoundment—an excessive and exploitative fee by any standard.<br><br>Staff members, including someone named “Gigi,” were unable to provide a clear explanation or itemized invoice. Communication was poor, and the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. The entire operation feels intentionally confusing and deliberately abusive toward vulnerable customers in distress.<br><br>This business should be immediately reviewed by the Better Business Bureau and other regulatory authorities. Their practices are opaque, aggressive, and completely out of step with fair customer service.<br><br>Avoid this place at all costs. Speak out against unethical businesses that exploit people during emergencies. Consumers deserve transparency, decency, and accountability—not this kind of mafia-style extortion

Don’t call this place for services!<br><br>Wed 11/26 - they send the wrong tow truck.<br>3-4 hours later it arrived to my mechanic with no keys. Manager was supposed to “go find” them and take them herself. Never did.<br><br>Thur - no calls.<br><br>Fri - no calls after me calling and insisting for an update.<br><br>Saturday- No calls. We had to take our spear keys so they can work on the car.<br><br>Today is 12/11/2025. After multiple calls and messages left with different staff requesting a call back. NO CALLS BACK! I even texted the one manager who did called back last week with all my details, again no call back regarding my keys or refund.<br><br>And all I am asking is for the tow truck fee back, so I can replace those keys that also need programming.<br><br>Do not pay ahead of time until the service is complete. If they don’t agree, look for something else. Just don’t bother.<br><br>The first guy who I originally gave the keys to mentioned that a car caught fire after they sent the wrong tow truck because “it was an all wheel drive.”<br><br>Feeling of frustration is an understatement!<br><br>Update: today I talked to one more manager who was supposed to call me by 5pm. 8:36pm and nothing yet.

Was hired to tow my toolbox and trusted they were professionals, however once the toolbox was delivered and dropped off found the hutch was severely bowed in causing difficulty to open the lid. This toolbox is my livelihood and cost me thousands to purchase. The driver should have known not to strap it down extremely tight in the middle where there wasn’t much support but knowingly did so anyway. He also very clearly stated to me and two other witnesses that he messed up. Then told me if I can’t fix it to call them. I have been attempting to contact them and just get ignored. Nelson the owner refuses to reach out to me to get this resolved, the manager Pete just likes to ignore people and not respond. Even after I sent over all the documentation and pictures they asked for. Then they proceeded to pretty much tell me I’m a liar. Overall for a professional towing company I wouldn’t recommend. Business and owner seems shady.
