After being stranded on I-30 I encountered the singular most positive and heartwarming experience I have ever had with the community in Texarkana. We agreed on pricing upfront (with no hidden costs) and got us on our way in very short short order. My son and I were stranded on the interstate in the cold. Last night I hit a piece of a truck tire on the interstate late at night that destroyed my radiator and disabled my car. I called these guys and even though it was midnight they sent a flatbed truck to pick me up. I was totally stressed but the ease with the process and the very nice and personable tow truck driver, Matthew, who was very capable and gave me a lot of good info about the area's repair shops since I live 125 miles away.
