After being stranded on I-30 I encountered the singular most positive and heartwarming experience I have ever had with the community in Texarkana. One of the most positive was Justin with Baker's towing. They were recommended by the Arkansas Police and came quickly.<br><br>Justin was professional, approachable, and extremely efficient. We agreed on pricing upfront (with no hidden costs) and got us on our way in very short short order.<br><br>My son and I were stranded on the interstate in the cold. After walking in the dark to a Flying J through the brush, Justin and Baker's Towing helped us through a difficult situation with speed and heart.<br><br>Thank you Justin!

We were stranded in southern Arkansas on 12/29/25 with car issues. Buick Roadside assistance immediately got Justin from Baker on the road which was about an hour away. Justin was knowledable and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He seemed to make an extra effort to answer our questions and even called the dealership to let them know he was bringing the vehicle into the shop. Great experience with Baker and Justin
