Good prices and convenient location, but your clerks need to learn to stop trying to think for the customer and just dispense the parts, especially when they don't know what they are talking about.<br><br>Today I went in for a basic can of R-134A refrigerant, the cheap stuff, with no additives. They cost like $11. There's no display in the store, so I have to ask the clerk to go look for one (they are kept in the storage area upstairs). He comes back down with a $34 can of "high mileage" refrigerant with lots of additives and sealants. That's not what I asked for, and I explained to him that this wrong can has lots of sealants and additives which I do not want. I clarify what I want by showing him the actual item on NAPA's website on my phone. He sees "self-sealing can" in the description of the product and tries to argue with me that the $11 can has "sealants" in it too.<br><br>No, my guy, that's not what "self-sealing can" means. A self-sealing can is one that closes up again when it's unscrewed from the fill adapter. It does NOT mean that the refrigerant contains sealants.<br><br>Anyway I didn't want to argue with the man anymore, so I left and paid fifty cents more to get what I want with no tiresome debate or second-guessing at another store.<br><br>Most of the time I can get in and out at NAPA with what I want at a fair price and no hassle, but dang was this frustrating.

Very courteous service and has inventory to meet my needs.<br><br>My first visit here and entrance was not easy to find. Ended up walking through Collision Repair showroom and down interior steps to get to the store.<br><br>Entrance is on lower level, east side. Now... I know!<br><br>Guy who helped me was very pleasant and provided excellent service.

Very friendly people and they do great work. Will not take my car anywhere else. Very hard to find a place you trust any more. So if your looking for a good place to trust for oil changes, anything under the hood work, brakes, tires, or you had someone hit you then call there tow service is great also.
