Customer service is absolutely horrible (no updates unless you call them, phone often not answered during regular business hours, extended delays not explained, etc. ) Vehicle kept for over 2 months, including through the Christmas holiday and into the first week of the New Year without us being informed that it was not ready and that we would be unable to retrieve it until after they reopened. Car had to be taken back to them multiple times because it ran worse than it did before they started working on it. Most upsetting, insulting, and unprofessional of all was us finding our vehicle parked on the street outside the business, with a dent on the fender facing the street side, that was NOT there before it was put in their shop. The owner Miguel responded rudely and defensively when confronted about it and immediately denied responsibility - even though we had written offers obtained from both CarMax and Carvana just prior to the last time we brought the car here indicating that the vehicle had NO BODY DAMAGE OR DENTS. We had (and no longer needed) 3 vehicles, so the purpose of putting the car in the shop was to get it fine tuned, in case it was one of the 2 we decided to keep. The purpose of the CarMax and Carvana estimates was to determine which vehicle it would be more profitable for us to sell. After going back and forth a few times, Miguel asked what we wanted him to do. In attempts to be fair, we took the time to get repair estimates, consulted our insurance agent, and obtained updated offers from CarMax and Carvana. Needless to say, the offers were reduced considerably, from $2,500+ all the way down to $1,500, due to the dent and the fact that the car was running worse than it was originally (prior to OJ Battery & Auto working on it). Upon informing Miguel of the quotes we'd obtained & info from our insurance agent - all indicating at least the amount of our $500.00 deductible, and of the money we were losing on the CarMax and Carvana offers, he refused to pay anywhere near the amount of the estimates or of the difference between the original and reduced offers. In fact, he refused to refund or compensate us anything, stating (and I quote) that "he wouldn't even pay us $100.00". Instead, he asked us to "bring the car to him for him to knock the dent out", something that he had not once offered before up to this point, although he had well over a month to do so. We have absolutely no intention of taking our car back to his establishment and will NEVER do business here again, and strongly recommend that you do not either. They ALWAYS park customer's cars on the street, and had parked ours there several times before. However the moment damage is occurred as a result of them doing this, they refuse to accept responsibility or pay up. We take very good care of our vehicles, park them in our driveway or garage, and are 1000% certain that this happened while the car was in their possession,. We have photos, estimates, and plenty of documentation to further support what is posted here, and will file reports with the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repairs, since Miguel refuses to provide compensation or take responsibility. Would have given zero stars, but had to select at least 1 in order to post the review.

DO NOT COME HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I recently bought a battery from this shop. They claimed to give me a warranty for six months. The battery stopped working after about two months in. I went back to the shop to ask for an exchange, and the man refused to give me an exchange, claiming that I had not bought it there. I have the receipt from here, so I am not lying. It wasn't even the money that it cost me, it was that they did not follow through with their agreement on exchanging my battery if it had any problems. Again, I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please. Save yourself time and money. I'm just trying to save other individuals from getting ripped off. On top of this, they have horrible customer service. Thank you.

The phone number listed for them rings twice and then says the person at ext ... is not available . I was calling all day during their regular hours so I don’t even know if they are open or not but have learned the hard way to always call before driving to any places on google maps since it’s not always up to date and there is nothing more frustrating then driving all the way to a place that u are in great need of their services just to find the place doesn’t exists.<br>Maybe I can save someone the drive who doesn’t call first
