My first experience getting towed turned out to be surprisingly pleasant, thanks to them. I called after getting a flat tire on the side of the road, already in tears and without a spare. They went above and beyond by waiting with me in the cold (32° F) until my ride arrived, making sure I felt safe and supported. Their price was very fair, and the wait time was exactly as promised, which I really appreciated. They also delivered my car to the destination without a scratch (apart from the already flat tire, of course). Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier—I can’t recommend them enough!

Cassidy came to my building to tow my car as soon as I called him. Before towing the car, he asked me what was the problem. It seems that I have an issue on the parking safety system and he showed me how to start the car by placing it on Neutral instead of Parking position. No need to tow the car anymore. I saved a couple of hundreds dollars by having dealing with this honest guy. I felt lucky after contacting and checking out the reviews of the others tow trucks in the area. Strongly recommend

Cassidy Wrecker (Cassidy Towing) illegally towed our car from our residence at Hancock Village, and this isn't even the first time. We have been living here for 3 years, pay for our parking permit every month, having that parking permit in the rear window where they can see it, and still we got towed.<br><br>They tried to tow our car last October 23rd, 2019. Luckily I was able to stop them before they took it away and showed the sticker. When I called them this morning, the person on the other end kept insisting we did not have a parking permit sticker.<br><br>We have notified our property management company about this issue and are extremely displeased with Cassidy Towing.
