EDIT: Brian called and promptly got me a quote. We picked up same day.<br>Thank You so much for the follow through Brian!<br><br>I called on Monday in the morning to get a quote for a Hood and a Right Fender. I was asked when I was hoping to pick up, I said "I can pick up the same day." The parts person said they would check on the parts and call me the next morning to confirm availability. I called yesterday at noon, they indicated that they were a little behind but that they would for sure get back to me before the end of the day. It is Wednesday 1:40 PM, I called to follow up and they still have not "confirmed availability". They are really nice people but they have terrible follow through. I would have preferred to have been told that they were saturated at the moment but would get back to me in a few day or by the end of the week. This is the second time something like this has happened to me here.<br><br>Am I ever going to get an answer?<br><br>This is quite frustrating.

Had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Brian about my newly purchased E46 330xi. Was picking up an ZHP M-Tech II rear bumper which was on a clearance sale for an amazing price that I could not beat, Brian admitted that it probably shouldn’t have been on the clearance but he honored it as he put it on the ad which I found very honorable and respectable, even helped load it up into my E46! Not too many genuine businesses like this with people who love what they do and aren’t just money hungry. Will definitely be returning in the future for more parts and to chat more with Brian and his team!
