I had a terrible experience with Mayan Auto Sales and its owner, Ahmed Abu Elela. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and discovered serious undisclosed problems the very next day, including a non-working A/C, a replaced engine, and a differential that needed full replacement. I was also charged for a warranty that turned out to be completely different from what I paid for.<br><br>When I contacted Ahmed, he refused to take any responsibility and became extremely disrespectful. He insulted me, became aggressive, and sent an email to my place of work trying to harm my reputation. He also posted on social media spreading false accusations and took advantage of my role as a religious figure and community leader to damage my image in the community.<br><br>This was the most unprofessional and unethical experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.
