I was charged over $2,000 for a tow. They destroyed my driver's side window and had the brake chamber hanging off the hinges. I called and informed them about the damage, and they told me to just write a complaint form. I reported this business for theft and made a police report for the damages caused by their driver. They say the manager, Harry, is not in and just spin you in circles. It’s a very sad place if you don’t have money to spend to retrieve your things.

STAY AWAY. They responded to my AAA request to tow me from North Bergen to Bloomfield after my car had an unknown mechanical issue. The driver did not speak any english and was unable to communicate with me so I had to call a family member to translate. There was never conversation about money. After the driver took my car (I was picked up from the scene) about 20 minutes had passed and they called to tell me that I had 10 minutes to bring the driver $11 for tolls and they did not take a card over the phone. If I did not produce $11 to the driver within the 10 minutes I would be charged $150 and my car would be brought to their yard until the next day. The only toll road in the area is the GSP and AAA tows are not permitted on that roadway so there is no reason for there to be a toll fee. When I advised their office that their driver was unable to communicate with me but did not mention money to my family member I was told "this is a dual language money and I should learn spanish" this was extremely unprofessional and I feel they were trying to scam me. Sounds like a bogus business never again will I use their services.

The police usually calls this company, but they’re total crooks. My car broke down right in front of my house, and the driver told me it would cost $120 just to move it across the street into my driveway. A random car was blocking my driveway, so I asked the driver to wait a few minutes while I figured out whose it was. Less than ten minutes later, I decided to just have them leave my car in a parking spot two feet away. Then the driver said her boss was now charging $185 for the wait, plus a 5% fee to use a debit card. The tow truck didn’t even move! It took her about 20 minutes just to lower the car onto the spot. What a joke
