The Customer service is amazing! I have been to more than 8 mechanic shops to try and find the issue with my car. Some people wanted to charge $180 just for the parts, they charged only $42 for the parts. They are such loyal people and don’t take advantage of customers. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. The customer always comes first, I feel like they are family and am happy to recommend them. What an amazing business owner Avi is. I pulled up to this establishment with a nail in my tire. Avi quickly directed his employee Pedro to plug my tire. Less than 5 minutes later my car was ready to go. When I asked if I can pay with card he told me that he won’t charge a local resident to help them fix a tire. Very professional shop and it couldn’t have been any quicker. I highly recommend bringing your car to A1 for all your repair needs.
