TERRIBLE SERVICE! SCAMMERS. I received a broken mirror for my Corvette and they didn’t refund me saying I didn’t kept the package and that they did not receive my first email right after I received the broken item, even if I provided photos and shipping details. Very strange that they only got the second email after 60 days had passed. Stay away

Ordered a part which was the wrong part. Paid for overnight shipping which was almost $400. Shipped part back. I didn't mind paying the $54 which is what she told me to ship back. Call about my refund status, she said it was $40. How did my 199.99 turn to $40 when only $54 was suppose to be taken for ground shipping? Total and complete scam! Basically they got there part and still kept my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop with them.

Ordered a centre console for a C4. Selected Fedex as international shipping option (124$US) from their website as I already have an account with Fedex and as I am located in Canada and the nonsense happening with the tariffs & taxes, I wanted to make sure it was handled properly.<br>May15th, 2025 received an email from Corvette Recycling stating my part has shipped with UPS (that wasn't even an option listed on their website) and providing the tracking number. Checked said tracking information: Status: label was created and then voided. Emailed Doug (owner) and he replied that they wanted to make sure the box sizing was accurate. May 16th, received new tracking number with ETA May 23rd. During the weekend, I received an automated call from UPS stating I needed to reach out to them before the end of the day to ensure the package is not returned to the shipper. Panicked! UPS Canada is closed on weekend and this is also a long weekend. Can only reach them on the Tuesday morning. Was told that the shipper chose to have the receiver (me) handling the customs clearing. Never done this before. UPS charges 86$ plus any taxes and duties to do so. I am explained that I can to it myself, filled a form and then drove to the CBSA here in town as we are a Port of Entry. CBSA was a pleasure to deal with, they explained to me that UPS misguided me but they would assist anyway. Paid 36$CAD import taxes and the package was finally delivered on May 26th. Box was beaten up, flimsy tape was used and didn't stick properly to a recycled Ford part box with previous shipping labels still attached. Thankfully, I inspected the console in front of the UPS driver for any damages and the foam packing protected the part. Console was in fairly good shape but definitely dirty and with sticky glue all over.<br><br>Pros: got the part I needed<br>Cons: scam shipping services (selected a shipping service and didn't get it)<br><br>Definitely can't recommend them.
