If I could give them -10 stars I would. My car was towed there on Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. After getting my car out the middle of the rode they only let me grab my backpack. Thursday they were closed for Thanksgiving so I showed up early on Friday morning to get my things and take some photos. This was when a Dark brown haired woman informed me my car caught on fire and burned to a crisp. Everything was gone. She said “Our owners are aware as well as the insurance.” She provided no explanation as to how on earth a car that had been sitting turned off for 12 plus hours just all the sudden caught fire and burned for hours. I received no phone call about the car catching on fire and had I not gone in I probably still would not be aware. I have tried calling to see if they made a claim with their insurance and my insurance has also called them. One of the women who sit in that awful disgusting mold infested office always answers and says “I have to ask our owner” and then puts us on hold indefinitely. Which based on other reviews seems to be a trend for this place. It has been almost two weeks and I’ve had no explanation and no contact regarding insurance claims. Clearly something shady is going on and they did something negligent that caused the fire. If you have an option get someone else to tow your car.

I was very happy with the service, plus the friendliness and professionalism of the tow truck driver. I had called another tow company that was recommended by the repair shop I was having my car towed to and received a voicemail and no callback. So I asked for a recommendation from a car dealership where I work and was told they always use United Towing. The phone was answered by an actual person, and they could pick up my car the same day. The truck arrived quickly (with a call when on the way), and the driver was extremely friendly and professional. He let me ride in the truck to the repair shop where my car was taken to, and we had a very nice conversation on the way. My receipt looks like his name is "Tommy."

Simply the best towing experience that I've ever had.<br><br>Shawn showed up in 20 minutes and was professional and friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done.<br><br>He took my truck to my regular repair shop and had it unloaded before I finished authorizing the repair.<br><br>I highly recommend Shawn and United Towing to anyone in need of fast friendly towing services.
