I love Hap's, the employees are ALWAYS so helpful! I had an event earlier right across the street and it was raining, so I took it as a sign for me to finally change my windshield wipers... this has been on my to-do list for the past 3 months.<br><br>Gus was sooo helpful, from looking up which size I needed for my car, to actually going outside and helping me install them. I have yet to have a bad experience at Hap's, I love the way they take care of their people. Cars are so high maintenance, but we can't live without them! Thanks Hap's, for another great, fluid, and smooth visit.

Better not lose the receipt. Much like 1984 they don’t save anything in their system. My fault for losing it but the guy on the phone didn’t have to start mocking me to his coworker as he hung up. I’d honestly suggest you purchase from Autozone or Orielly. They at least have records going back to 2010 or later. No receipt needed.

Very knowledgeable staff, and very very helpful, especially for odd or not mainstream issues. Recommend, especially if you have old vintage classics. The depth of knowledge and experience is unmatched in the LB area.
