I'd rate them 6 stars if I could. Mike and Kevin were great! I was having some issues with my M3's DCT and these guys pulled the codes, suggested a simple fix and car runs excellent! They're also very very reasonably priced and stick to the promised delivery time. Safe to say I will be coming here for all my future service needs.

Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dropped off a car for a pre-purchase inspection. They fixed a door jam issue and topped off power steering fluid for me without charge. Yes, they are not expensive items, but customer service like this is rare and very welcome. Will be bringing my car there for service in the future.

My car is currently being worked on at Palo Alto Bimmer, and while the experience started off positively, it's become frustrating. The staff has been professional and respectful, and I appreciated that they provided a clear and fair quote before doing any work. Communication has been polite throughout, and I never felt pressured. However, the major issue is with timing. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and was told it would be ready later that same day, around 5-6 PM. Later on, I received a call saying they didn't have the necessary part, and now the repair might not be completed until Tuesday -- and it's currently Thursday. That's a significant delay compared to what was promised. On top of that, if I decided to stop the repair process now and take the car elsewhere, I would still have to pay for the labor already done, which means l'd essentially be paying twice if I brought it back later. I understand parts can be delayed, but I would have appreciated more transparency or a realistic timeline upfront. While they seem honest and courteous overall, the miscommunication and unexpected delay have made this a disappointing experience. I'd recommend confirming part availability and timing clearly before committing to service here.
