There were no signs where I was parked. I had just moved in to my place. There was no parking available, and I was waiting for the lady to give me a parking spot. I even have a video of the parking lot that didn't have any parking available when I woke up. I had no idea who took my car and where to call or where to go? Because there were no signage whatsoever. Once I complained to my complex they put up signs the following week lol and they would only take cash. That's BS!

I would like that thank this company for being helpful. Unfortunately even though it was negligence on my behalf. My car was towed. I did have required documentation. But not in correct location. This company is only doing their job and I do understand procedures. Yes I did have to make a slight payment. But again this was due to me not following protocol. The gentleman I spoke with once I released my situation was kind and compassionate. The two woman at the desk were also understanding. I thank you for the slap on the wrist and not being rude because of a choice I made. Have a wonderful day. It was an easy in and out.

My girlfriend made the mistake of letting her tags expire and found out the hard way what happens. While it is unfortunate to have to encounter these guys, they make getting your vehicle back as simple and as painless as possible!<br><br>Being that THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH, and my girlfriend didn’t have any cash on hand, they were kind enough to give her a ride to the nearest ATM so she could get the amount she needed for her car. They even adhered her new tags to the license plate without her even having to ask!<br><br>While no one likes their car getting towed, these guys really are quite easy to work with! Don’t hate them nor have any ill will towards them. They’re just doing their job.
