I had the worst experience dealing with this company. My car was stolen and the police had this company come and pick it up. When I called to find out how much it was he told $250 and then $25 for each day its been there. I get there to get my car and he changed it from 25 to 35 and then told me that I also owe him a extra $100 for him watering to pull it out of some bushes. I asked why wasn't I told this when I called he said I should have known that. I'm trying to figure out how I should have known when my car was stolen and I haven't seen it in a few days. Overall this is a company I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This company was not helpful or upfront with their process and charges. They did not tow the vehicle where they were asked to. Their charges are astronomical. Their customer service is lacking. They were rude when I questioned the additional charges and called me crazy and hung up on me for asking for an itemized bill. They took advantage of the situation and behaved unethically. Would not recommend them. Over $600 to tow a vehicle less than 30 miles is NYC pricing, not South Georgia pricing.<br><br>As a friendly follow up to your rebuttal of my review, kindly report accurate information. The accident happened shortly after 7pm, not midnight and it was not handled by APD. The accident report disproves your late night call out claim. Dispatch called you although you were not requested and no one notified me of impounding. I called you within 15 hours of the accident, not several days later. I have electronic documentation to back up all of this. I have quotes from other companies in the area for 1/3 of what you charged. Your claim that I received an itemized bill is laughable because you refused to provide me with one.<br>As far as the repairs, of course they will be much higher. You cannot compare parts and labor to replace half of a car to a one time tow service call. My business with them is none of your business, so no need to worry about what review I leave them.<br>It doesn't look good to deflect instead of taking ownership.<br>Point blank, you took advantage of a lone, female, out of town traveler who has good insurance. Your business practices and ethics are questionable. Taking advantage of others and being deceitful is never prosperous in the long run.

I saw your response to Leah Burch's post. I didn't use your service,but i was there when she did. Alot of your comments were completely wrong. I was back home in Camilla,by 10:30 pm, and we stayed there til you left. I've known Ms. Burch for quite some time, and I can assure anyone reading this that the way you talked about her, and her using profanity like that is ludicrous.
