Had the pleasure of getting a call from this tow service. He was vary nice and professional and with a towing company it can be a pain. But he pick my car up and took it to the repair shop and he touched base with me through it all. You don’t know how I appreciate that as a customer. First- shout out to Great Lakes towing for helping me during a traumatic time. The driver who came to pick up my vehicle from the accident was so kind a reassuring, tried to be as helpful as he possibly could while still maintaining what he needed to do and at the speed he had to get it all done with getting the intersection cleared out. I hit a small snag at one point when contacting the company to gain access to my vehicle for something that was important but in comes Jim Michael to save the day and rectify the issue like a damn superhero. I had reached out to Jim to explain the issue, the conversation I had with the tow yard and what the officers and the guy at the scene told me. After hearing me out and the whole situation he was able to assist me and work with me. These guys are here for us at some really hard times in our life, or just simply because shit happened and we need our car towed. They battle the elements and the uncertainty of other drivers and traffic conditions. everyone is always so quick to overlook tow truck divers and the risks they take to help others. Make sure you remember your public service workers during the holidays because sometimes they remember you and do what they can to help out. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard the scrape of your car being slowly dragged onto a flatbed. But if you have, you understand the feeling of relief that I felt when I called Great Lakes Towing who promised to bring a dolly that does not require that excruciating dragging process for my Tesla Model 3 that died JUST DOWN THE STREET FROM THE CHARGER.
