This tow request was handled through my insurance, Allstate, and they contacted roadside assistance through Altair. The service was excellent — they arrived in less than 15 minutes after I placed the request.<br><br>The driver, Kenneth, mentioned he was still in training, but you would never have known it. He was polite, professional, and had such a positive and friendly attitude. He was very understanding and made the entire process stress-free, taking great care in getting my car onto the tow truck.<br><br>Kudos to Kenneth — I really appreciate his professionalism and the good energy he brought. Thank you again for such quick and outstanding service!

Excellent work and job well done. Traveling from Birmingham, AL to New Orleans for work and the transmission went out in my Tahoe when I stopped in Hattiesburg, MS. My roadside insurance was no help so I had to call around for towing service. I initially called what I would assume was a competitor, and they recommended I call ABCO for the type of state to state towing I needed. Best decision I made in a long time. The staff was courteous and were the only ones that offered solutions to my problems instead of flat out rejecting to help. The front office was upfront about the price (very reasonable all things considered) and talked me through step by step on what they would do to tow my Tahoe back home. The driver Kinnon, was also excellent in that he kept in contact with me to provide details on the service being done. ABCO truly helped me out during a time I needed help the most and I’d give this complete 20/10 stars. Best tow company in the state of MS!
