When I called for a tow they answered right away and let me know he was tied up with another tow in St. Paul but immediately texted me a phone number to call of someone that helps him out. The other guy answered right away and was very kind and helpful. He was able to get to our vehicle that was in a bad spot on the side of a major highway quickly. Overall the communication was great, the guys were so nice and I really appreciate them for what they do and how they do it so efficiently. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Archie's towing did a great job helping me today. My old beater of a car died on a busy street in downtown St. Paul. The towing pro managed to get the useless car out of a tight spot amidst lots of traffic. He was friendly and efficient - very proficient in his trade. Feeling grateful. Thanks!!!!

Archie's Towing came by through Progressive Road Side Assistance and towed my vehicle back to my house. I was having an issue with my transmission and was worried about starting the vehicle to put it into neutral. I told the driver, Mike that per Google, we might have to pop open the gear shifter to push the button to shift it to Neutral but Mike reassured me that we don't need to do that. He was so helpful, and knowledgable and we greatly appreciated his help!<br>He apologized for running behind, but we understood that it gets busy!<br>I did call the office for an ETA and the dispatcher informed us it wouldn't be much longer, but to call us back if the driver still wasn't there within the time given. Mike did show up right on time per the ETA, and got our car home safe and sound!<br>I would recommend this company as they were all very nice, and helpful and sincere.<br>Thanks again, Mike! We appreciate you getting our (Ford Escape) home to us!
