After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day!<br><br>The front desk staff was friendly, and the rest of the team was just as nice. The environment felt comfortable and professional, not like a place trying to make a quick buck. They addressed my concerns promptly and explained everything clearly. While my car was in the shop, I received frequent text updates about the repair status and progress. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company.<br><br>My car was finished three days earlier than the estimated completion date, and they did an excellent job with the repairs.
