My battery died a few doors down, and the kind people of Firestone walked over with me to jump start my engine so I could then drive it over to get my battery tested and replaced. They saved me hours of waiting for someone else to come give me a jump. I was so grateful for the thoughtfulness and help they provided me!! Highly recommend!!!

I am new to America and this was first time I take my car to service here. I was little nervous because I don’t know how things work. Carter at Firestone help me a lot. He was very patient and explain everything slow and clear. He did not rush me and answer all my questions. He make me feel comfortable and welcome. Because of him, the experience was very good for me.<br><br>I really appreciate Carter for how he treat me. He was honest, kind, and professional.
