After starting my vehicle this morning, the car decided to lock itself while running I called preferred towing 20 minutes ago and within 10 minutes a man was in my driveway. Seamlessly got my car open without damage quickly for a great price thank you so much!

This is the most unprofessional car towing company. We came in Friday to get my sister's car back, they said she needed to wait a day for her insurance date to start and to come back after 8 on Saturday and we can drive it off the lot. We arrived at 9:30 with no on in the office. We called and said a driver would arrive shortly. they came 2 HOURS after that and then had the audacity to say "I have an attitude" when my kids and I have been waiting. Then he tells us we can't get her car back because it's not confirmed with the police... we literally handed him the release form... we finally got our car back but the incompetence of the office and the absolutely rude and inconsiderate nature of everyone in their office is very apparent.

Had a serious situation happen and Preferred Towing was out in less than 30 minutes. Their equipment was clean and robust for the heavy job. They completed the lift in no time, with state-of-the-art equipment and did not leave a scratch on the vehicle. Jake in the office is top notch as well. What an amazing group of folks at Preferred.
