I purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company and worked with Jeff, Don, and Linda. They made buying the vehicle a smooth experience and the negotiations were definitely in my favor. I couldn’t have found a better place to buy a vehicle. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.<br><br>When I got the vehicle home, I found some issues. Even though it was sold "as is," Jackson Auto Company still stepped up and took care of everything at no charge. I was shocked by their service. They had me take the vehicle to their sister company, Jackson Auto Service, where I worked with Ben and Crystal, who were also amazing.<br><br>Finding a vehicle I liked was a dream come true. Both Jackson Auto Company and Jackson Auto Service helped resolve the issues, and I don’t know what else to say but definitely amazing company. I’ll definitely recommend both companies to all my friends and family without hesitation. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
