Place is ripoffs the lady and the guy is liers both is full of it , they blocked me I had to keep calling from different numbers overcharged me very unprofessional and needs to be out of business ima not satisfy with this company cause me stress and cause me to<br>Lose wages because they want to bs was expecting to get my car bck since last Saturday after was told to call at 10am Saturday morning by the lady on Friday evening and was told if somebody pick up my car would be released was told since I wrote a review my car wasn’t going to get to release at this point the bill was already at 285$ my father also called told him my bill would be 305$ come Monday my bill is at 510$ no way . Pops take ppl money

I'll be honest and non bias on my opinion here. Is this seriously how you want to help people? Phone service was terrible I got hung up on because the caller got upset? Extremely unprofessional however, I will say the driver on scene was very respectful he understood my situation his explanation was that Pop charges $40 daily for storage. When I called the store (again) the lady got even more rude with me telling me that I can't keep calling. Etc
