Employees here at this location are bringing it down. Google says it opens at 7:30, I get to the store and precisely the door says 7:30. I try the door at 7:31 nothing it's locked, I go back to my car to give them a few more minutes, I try the door 5 minutes later at 7:36 and nothing it's still closed. I try the phone to maybe speak to someone to ask if opening time is actually 7:30 am I watch how they ignore my call right infront of my face. It is now 7:46 16 mins past opening time and the door is still locked, regional manager should investigate and terminate responsible individuals and store managers present that allow this level of unprofessional practice. Such a big franchise should not allow employees to tarnish business this way.

I want to say thank you to Margie!!!! My car needed a new battery & she made me feel like I could trust her, and that she knew what she was talking about. As a woman this made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that she was going to take perfectly good care of my car. I am extremely grateful that she was the one to service me. She was also prepared to help me take care of my alternator if it were to have an issue as well, but thankfully, the battery was the only issue. Thank you, Margie!
