Regrettably, our charger bus encountered a problem and got stuck while attempting to pick up the remainder of our party. However, we quickly sought out a local towing company and couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Tow King. From the moment they arrived, it was clear we were in good hands. The staff was so professional and extremely knowledgeable, taking great care to ensure our vehicle's safety and condition throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for our situation truly set them apart, and we are grateful for their excellent service!

Had a roadway incident late Thursday where multiple cars had damage due to improper paving of the highway. There were several wreckers out and we are grateful we had Ari Alfred! Ari towed us 18 mile to the most convenient discount tire that had a hotel near by. Him providing that suggestion is what customer service is about, with us not being familiar with the area him educating us (3 women) on the best location for us was amazing! He made us feel very safe during the drive and after. The IHG is relative close to the discount tire … BUT with 3 ladies traveling to a bachelorette party we had lots of luggage to take into the hotel. He was kind enough to take us and our luggage to the front door of the hotel and make sure they had room availability prior to officially leaving.<br><br>We went 18 miles and paid $140<br><br>Thank you Ari for making 3 women feel safe and comfortable is a world that can often be very scary! Your kindness and service did not go unnoticed, don’t worry be happy!

My charger cord and my windshield wiper were taken from my vehicle.<br>Highway robbers at the best...<br>The tow guy said he couldn't get my vehicle to jump off but yet after I paid these people my stepson got his vehicle to jump mine right off...<br>Trash!<br>Yall know what yall did. Period.
