I called the guy asking for a tow and i was expecting a high rate but he gave me a very great price. Although i was not there at the vehicle my fiance was. So my fiance was the one that had the pleasure of meeting the guy (i never caught his name) and told me he was very cool, fair and great customer service. Pretty outstanding guy and gave some advice on our car as well.

5 stars all the way! Jay and Robert helped me get both of my vehicles safely to my new home! Very professional! Super affordable! Understanding! And honestly,I feel like these guys do it from the bottom of their hearts! Just remember folks gratuity helps everyone! And everyone deserves to feel appreciated!! Did i also mention that this was my first time experience with these guys?! It was great and definitely memorable. Thanks team!! I would 110% recommend to a friend!!

I called Metroplex towing to have a car towed to Hubbard. I called about a week in advance and they were very friendly and said it's something they could do, quoted me a good price, and said to call the day before to arrange and exact time. I did that and we arranged a time for them to tow the car. They didn't show up so I called them after 15 minutes. After multiple attempts to call I finally did get in touch with someone and they said that they lost the reservation and would try to get someone there within a couple of hours.<br><br>I ended up calling another towing service in Waco.
