805 Towing was Great. Everyone in the office, that you deal with on the phone, they're all very polite and easy going. I've got to say, i can't speak highly enough about the guy who my towed my truck Jose Cortez. Jose was so pleasant to deal with the first time around and so helpful, when I needed my truck moved again (because it was not running and needed to change storage spaces) I called the office and specifically requested Jose to come out if possible and they were super accommodating. On top of taking great care of my vehicle, Jose is very helpful, he's got a lot of knowledge and vehicle experience from his years on the job, and he's happy to help you out in any way he can. He gave me some great advice on some work that I needed done to my truck that helped me out a lot. He definitely goes Above and Beyond to help you when he can. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and If you need a tow definitely hit up 805 you can't go wrong with those guys.<br><br>-Travis Mueller

My car was wrongfully towed, held for no more than an hour and ransomed at almost $1000 to get it back. The driver showed no sympathy. Nobody should profit this much off of others misfortune. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Truthfully, these people are Lifesavers! I was in a really bad position. My moving truck was stuck on a hill, almost ready to flip over into a river bed.. I called their competitor in the area with a lot of five star reviews and they told me it would be $950 per hour two hour minimum. When I tried to explain the situation, the lady Was extremely rude and told me do you want us to do the job or not?<br>I was shocked!!<br>So I gave 805 roadside a chance. They came out within 30 minutes Hugo and I’m assuming his boss, charged me $350 per hour. It took them two hours because they were methodical to ensure they did not damage my truck while they were pulling it out safely putting it back on flatland.. The total bill was only $700. not only were they professional, but they were confident and kept their word with the price.<br>I would not hesitate for a second to call these guys again a matter of fact they are my go to for any situation for my company or family for now on. Thank you very much. You guys made a really hard day bounce back to a Salvageable predictable day.
