Wreckless & Dangerous: I asked to get towed to a safe location, within 1/4 of a mile from where I broke down. The driver loaded me onto the back of the truck with me still inside and did not bother to secure the vehicle to the tow truck itself. He just told me to hold my brakes and risk my life and vehicle as he careens less than a 1/4 from our location and leaves my vehicle on the corner of an intersection. To make matters more interesting, he insisted that it was company policy to charge $95 minimum the trip. This company will risk your life and safety as well as your hard earned income in a desperate situation...

We were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and it was so cold even a coat didn’t cut the chill. We had to contact road side assistance. Then sent us a tow truck. Chad was our tow truck driver. He was amazing. He handled our car with care and made sure we were safe and warm. You could tell he genuinely cared. Nicest tow truck driver I’ve been in contact with and it was greatly appreciated.

Cody from Reyburns was the kindest most professional person that has ever towed my car. After losing brakes on the interstate I was obviously shaken and he was calming and reassuring. He made sure my vehicle was loaded correctly and double checked the tie downs. He was kind and made me feel very comfortable with his positive attitude. Thank you for an awesome job!!!
