Hammond Roadside Service is a blessing! So glad I found them tonight. My son had a flat tire in Huntington and I live almost 4 hours away. Come to find out his car he bought didn’t come with a tire tool or a jack. Called and he was there in under 10 minutes and I was extremely happy to find out I could pay for the service with cash app! Thanks so much!!

My experience was flawless, and I highly recommend Hammond if you're in a tight spot. Scott (owner) answered my text pretty much right away when I messaged around 10:30 PM to see if he would be available the following morning to get my car to a nearby shop. He said if I was able that he'd come do it right away. Got to my house on Pea Ridge in about 25 minutes, we loaded it up on the trailer, and drove it down to the shop so I could just come in and drop off the keys the next morning on my way to work. There's always that little bit of anxiety when you're asking a stranger to help you out, especially if they're coming to your house like in my case, but Scott was very friendly and great to work with so if you need help, don't be afraid to call.

It took him a few hours to get there, but when he did he unlocked my nissan in under 5 minutes. My wallet was locked in there as well, but he was very understanding and I paid after he opened up my car. I'd definitely call this company again if I need help.
