At the beginning of a vacation, we became stranded near Ashland, KY when our 2019 Volvo quit running. With no authorized Volvo service providers near there, we looked up Friends Automotive online and discovered they work on Volvos, so we had the car towed there - on a Saturday. But the shop didn't open until Monday morning. I called and left a message with a plea that the car be fixed on Monday so we could continue our vacation. Danny at Friend's Automotive came through for us! He called me back on Monday morning and said he'd take a look at it, even though I'm sure there were plenty of other cars "ahead" of us waiting to be fixed. Danny found the problem (auxiliary battery issue) and managed to fix and clear out the error codes that very day, so we could continue to enjoy our vacation.<br><br>Highly recommend Danny and Friends Automotive!
