My Dad was assaulted, robbed, and had 1 truck impound outside his home while the guy who did it stole his 08 Silverado and was finally caught near Ashland Tennessee. The gentleman at the counter understood the situation and we were able to recover the truck after a 4 and a half hour drive. Thanks again.

They solicited a tow recovery by contacting the Sheriff's department and stealing my vehicle before a different tow agency could get to it and then tried charging over $600 to get my vehicle back. I'm currently filing a complaint with the KY Attorney Generals office and KYDOMC. I advise everyone else that they've taken advantage of to do the same.<br>File a consumer complaint with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Division of Motor Carriers. You can also contact the Kentucky Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection or the Better Business Bureau.

This is an honest place. My brakes were totally out and they told me it was just a hose. A lot of other places would have found “extra” stuff wrong with my car but they didn’t and it was a cheap fix and they did a great job.
