Absolutely the worst service or lack there of I have received. Do not recommend. They accepted my tow through my insurance company road side assistance. After waiting over an hour past the estimated arrival time, they never showed, would not answer the calls or messages from me or my roadside assistance provider. If you want to be left stranded these are the people to call. I will recommend they are taken off the roadside assistance option for our area.

We had a rough morning with a little bit of ice and snow. Brakes would not even stop us and we went into the ditch. Our tow driver even got stuck! But, he managed to get his truck out and us too. Thank you for your patience and effort with our tough tow job!

Do NOT call this company if you need any vehicle assistance! I called my insurance roadside assistance to get a tow. They set me up with these guys. I was initially told it would be 75-105 minutes, by Geely towing, at 3:51pm. Then I was told 27 minutes at 4:54pm. Then, I was told 20 minutes at 5:59pm. I tried calling them at 6:30pm and no answer. I called my insurance roadside assistance & they even tried to call Geely....guess what, no answer. I canceled my roadside assistance & called a towing company that I KNEW would be there to assist me. The company I called was there for me within 10 minutes. Lesson learned...take care of it yourself & hire a PROFESSIONAL towing company.
