After contacting AAA, I was able to experience the professionalism, friendliness and care from McKinzy at Jim’s Towing.<br>McKinzy went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was safe, along with her car and offered to follow her to the repair shop to make sure she got there safely, if needed. He confirmed the car needed towing and took care of the situation for my daughter, easing her stress of the situation. He was in constant communication with me while I was 4 hrs away, making it a better experience for her knowing I was aware of what was going on the whole time. I feel relieved that I know Jim’s Towing is in the area and that they will take care of my daughter when I cannot be there. I will be requesting/recommending Jim’s Towing company anytime their services are needed while I, someone I know or am asked about a towing company in the area. As someone that works out in the public daily, the people in the Field are the face of the company and this Company will be around a long time. Thank you McKinzy and Jim’s Towing.

I pulled into my shop and it looked dry but it was infact soft. The whole front end of a loaded semi sunk axle deep into the mud.<br><br>I called and in short order Vince was there with an amazing piece of equipment and wireless controls to slowly pull the truck out with no damage.<br><br>Great service and a company to have on speed dial if you are running heavy equipment in this neck of the woods.<br><br>George, his wife family have been the place to call for heavy truck towing for years.
