Made an appointment to pick up the vehicle between 9:30-10am. No response until 10:30 and was told he forgot his son had a Dr's appointment. Never called when he remembered, to reschedule. I had to go to work and was told it would be ok for my boyfriend to make the exchange. I let them know he works at 2pm. Then no updates afterwards. Reached out at 1pm for an eta, both numbers went to voicemail, and no messages received since 10:35am. Idk if they feel like they're just doing someone a favor, but this is a very inconsiderate way to run a business. I would've had the vehicle gone already but they literally asked me to give them a chance so I canceled with the other company under the impression they would be more convenient and completely wasted my time.

Dave is the man! I called him after I got out of work on a Wednesday and by Thursday morning at 730am he was there to meet me and give me cash for my car!! I would highly recommend them because they gave me peace of mind and cash, both immediately. Would give 6 stars if I could

FAST AND GREAT SERVICE. Call them Sunday night he was at my house at the exact time he said he’ll be there. Had the car out my backyard in less than 10 Minutes OHH AND THE MONEY FOR THE CAR WAS AMAZING
