I was in a bad car accident and had to come and retrieve my belongings. I called and they explained the process and that I had to come during their business hours and scan the QR code to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was polite and gave clear instructions. She was patient and polite. That was important because my mind was a mess after being in a car wreck on the highway.<br>I arrived the next morning, scanned the code. Made an appointment and then someone helped me at the black gate. They gave me instructions and a map of where to go. Since my belongings, keys, id and registration were all in the car, they had to verify my info to make sure, for my safety and protection and theirs also, that I was who I said I was.<br>I went to the gate around the back street and Juan drove me in the little car to my car. He was polite and respectful. He didn’t rush me and offered help and answered questions. I’m so grateful that this experience was smooth and I appreciate their staff’s professionalism. No one wants to deal with this, but I’m grateful it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I retrieved all my belongs. Thank you.

Extremely predatory & WHEEL LOCK KEY STOLEN FROM INSIDE CAR!<br>STOY:<br>As shown in the photo, my car was “observed” and TAKEN with 1 minute of me parking in a guest parking (30 minute parking). The car was taken in to their facility all within 25 minutes.<br>After speaking on the phone, they make are very vague with detail and direct you to make an appointment on their website, which is extremely confusing to access on their site.<br>After making my appointment and arriving (4:50pm) I waited an additional 45 minutes in line to officially speak to someone through a metal door which blocks off all public view of the facility. In order to confirm I was the owner, they requested my registration (which was in the car) so they asked me to hand over my keys. THEY DID NO ALLOW ME TO COME AND GRAB IT MYSELF NOR RETRIEVE ANY PERSONAL ITEMS. THEY WENT INSIDE MY CAR FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG!<br>Upon finally receiving my car, I noticed my glove compartment rummaged and items misplaced. After checking a small baggy I keep tools in, THATS WHEN I REALIZED THEY STOLE MY WHEEL LOCK KEY !!! For those unfamiliar, a wheel lock key is a metal tool that is required to remove tires- a sort of theft protection absolutely needed for tire removal. Without this item, it’s nearly impossible to remove as tire shops don’t often hold these / they are sized to make & model.<br>For a grand total of 1 HOUR & 40 MINUTES I was charged $486.<br>THEY DO NOT KEEP CARS ON SITE THEY SEND YOU TO A SEPARATE LOCATION- HERES THE ADDRESS (also in photos) 26023 e 5th st. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.<br><br>Everyone in these reviews are absolutely correct. They’re extremely predatory and insanely expensive. They charged me $516! I parked in a public parking lot where it was an hour parking. I was about 10 minutes late, and they already towed away my car. Meaning they were definitely “watching” the parking lot and just counting for the moment my hour was over. So I had to uber to Wilson’s Towing which mind you doesn’t even have a waiting room. They force you to sit outside in the sun and they don’t even talk to you face to face. Only through a metal wall. It’s incredibly scammy and I feel they know what they’re doing is wrong, but are too greedy to care. Not only that but even after you pay them, they ask YOU to walk over to their parking lot which is a 7 minute walk to receive your car.
