Been going to Bucks for about 5 years. I called 3 places for an estimate for oil change, tire rotation, and transmission flush. They were least expensive by about $80. Last year I had some tire work done, and in process of removing tire from rim, mechanic damaged tire. They phoned me to say they would replace with a new tire and give me a loaner overnight while tire was in transit. Appreciated honesty and willingness to make right.

Called a couple days ahead to make an appointment with Brandon for an oil change, tire rotation and check up. I showed up a few minutes early and checked in and grabbed a coffee and parked my butt in the waiting room. Got a friendly greeting as usual, and the work was done quickly and completely. I received my assessment of the vehicles condition, which is very thorough and detailed. Everything I requested was taken care of properly.<br><br>I’ve been dealing with this company for a very long time and the reason for that is that the work is always done correctly at a reasonable price.

I took my 24 year old Camry in for a total once over check. I was given a list of critical items that needed attention, and a list of other maintenance issues that could be resolved one at a time. The wonderful thing was that the the staff member looked up the Carfax maintenance records for my car, cross referenced their list of non-critical items and found that more than half of the recommendations they made were moot. Who does that these days? Buck's Master Car Care does. What I'm trying to convey is that they are not looking to gouge their customer. That was a highly principled move they made, and it saved me an expense I did not have to outlay right then. Plus, their mechanics are efficient and the next day, the critical repairs were made in a timely way. I appreciate this shop so much for going the extra mile and being upfront and above all, honest. I will continue to give them my business.
