I am very satisfied with the service received from flagship towing. My car had an unfortunate two tire flat while at work . The driver arrived under 30 minutes as opposed to the 70 minutes road side assistance had indicated. The driver Ryan S was very professional and completed the task of putting a space on one of wheels before towing to nearest Toyota dealership. He is very comfortable to talk to and I did not even think about the unfortunate incident. He lightened the mood with his amazing personality. I would recommend flagship towing n Mr Ryan anytime . Thank you for making a stressful situation into calm n humor .

I had a great experience with this company after having them sent via AAA roadside assistance. My tow truck driver helped recommend a great local mechanic (Daceys Place on 41) I'll be using down the road. Professional, helpful, and quick- great experience and very good tow truck driver, John. John even guessed the issue which the mechanic confirmed and the repair was very affordable and quick.

I requested roadside assistance through AAA, and this tow truck driver, Jason, was completely unprofessional. He arrived at the gate to my subdivision but claimed he could not handle the access code. Instead of contacting me for help or attempting to resolve the issue, he left without saying a word.<br><br>No call, no message, no explanation—just gone. I was left waiting and confused, with no assistance provided. This is unacceptable behavior for a company contracted by AAA. I expect basic communication and effort, neither of which was shown.<br><br>I would not recommend this driver or company based on this experience.
