Friendly staff and was able to get a better price here than any other towing company around (and I called every one).<br><br>I only have a few somewhat negative things to say, which is why I am only giving 4-stars.<br><br>1) The person I spoke with on the phone was well aware of the situation and the position/location of what I needed towed, however when the driver showed up, he seemed surprised and unaware of what needed to be done. It seems there was a cutoff of communication between the front office and the drivers.<br><br>2) I really didn't mind, but I had to put in quite a bit of legwork myself. From attaching cables, operating the winch, to guiding the driver on using the right angles to maneuver it onto the truck.<br><br>3) They gave me a bit of a discount, and although someone else paid for the service and any tips, the driver seemed upset that I didn't give him anything extra. While I usually tip tow drivers, I'm usually the one paying for it. And since I wasn't paying, and don't know how much the person who was gave the driver on top of the service fees, I don't think it was appropriate for him to give me an attitude for not giving him more money. Especially since I did about half the work myself.<br><br>Overall, it was a good service though and I was capable of doing what labor was required at the time, so besides my few minor complaints, I do recommend Oakleigh Towing above the other tow companies in the area.

Jim is incredibly helpful and made a difficult time so much easier. All staff are very professional and provide first rate customer service. Highly recommended!

Broke down on a dangerous spot on I95. Had a friend drive me to their offic - clerk was very helpful, asked a few questions. Had a tow truck out there in 30 minutes. Tow driver was great and put the vehicle right in the driveway like a glove. $85 for the hook up and $6 per mil at the time of this writing. Recommend. Might be a different experience on weekends, holidays, or evenings, but I'd rather use these guys then a large national chain.
