Return took months—refund only after card dispute I ordered an instrument (odometer) cluster from St. Francis Auto wreckers It arrived on time, but the center screen didn’t work—the same issue as my original. I called and spoke with Shannon, who said to return it for a refund. I shipped it back with tracking and it showed delivered. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the part was there and they just needed to enter it to process the refund, but nothing happened for months. I finally received my money only after contacting my credit card company. Sharing my experience so others know what to expect if they have to return a part.

Never would come here again the man is so rude it is ridiculous if you have someone interested in parts their will be questions ask shouldn’t run a business if your going to be rude over a question about parts rude asl ,don’t ways your time coming here unless you just wanna but a crappy part because he dislikes and will snap if you have questions ,I left I didn’t spend my hard money with this crappy person at all
