I usually dont write google reviews but this compelled me to write one.<br>I got my Hyundai veloster 2020 back from Caliber Collison on Oct 17th after 2 and half weeks. There were still 2 parts to be replaced. (Pics attached). I was told that the parts were already ordered and that I ll get a call next week. Its been more then a week so I gave them a call today. I am just getting run around being transfered to someone from front desk and back and forth.<br>Its frustrating enough that I have to go back to get those 2 part replaced. Now they are just playing since they alreasy submitted their claim to geico and got their money but tge customer is still stranded.<br><br>Addendum: Got a call from them within an hour of posting this review. Not sure if they saw this before calling me. Got both parts fixed the next day.
