Great service experience. I had an issue with the brakes, where would say service brake pads, even though they were brand new brakes.I had taken to multiple mechanics look at it and they would just plug in the scanner and couldn't find out. When I took to FTC they went above and beyond to diagnose checking through it manually. Not only they were able to find the issue, but they were able to fix it too. The wires were exposed and shortened. Joaquim was able to find it. They redid the wiring and fixed the issue.

We recently had my husband's Jeep lifted and purchased new rims and tires. Ricardo spent so much time with us and really explored all options.
