My daughter’s car broke down in the middle of a drive lane at a gas station at 5 am in the morning. I drove the 35 miles to see if I could get it home and it wasn’t happening so I called city wide towing and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Mike and they told us 20-25 minutes. Mike the driver called a few minutes later and said he would be there shortly and within 5 minutes at 6 am this man showed just as he said he would . He went above and beyond the call of duty to get her car hone safely and without incident. Being in this business as an owner operator I know what it takes to do the job right and this gentleman did everything above standard and he is an asset to the company and I want them to realize that. Thank you city wide towing and mikes especially for your service, respect, professionalism and your understanding as a human you are awesome!

My car was overheating and not able to drive it. AllCity Towing was assigned to me from AAA. From the minute they were, Allen was in contact with me right away. He maintained contact with me until he arrived as well as giving me updates to let me know where he was at. He was very helpful, professional, polite and friendly! I have used a few different tow companies and been with quite a few different tow drivers, I would highly recommend City Wide for any and all tow needs. I hope I do not ever need it again, but if I do, I’m calling them directly!!!

Worst service from a tow driver i ever received! Driver(Adam) waited all but 3mins for me to arrive & IMMEDIATELY gave me attitude "where's the key" he didn't ask whats the problem or nothing! He eventually asked did I wanna cancel when he was asked is there a problem! Very nasty attitude, which i was nervous about letting him tow the vehicle! I would never use this company again if there is a choice!
