Hi, I recently just called this place to see if I could sell my grandmother‘s two cars she had the guy told me to send him pictures of the car and Mileage so I did. He never did follow up with meso I did call him up on the next day, which was Sunday. I didn’t get a response on Saturday and reply with the text. What location are you in? I told him I was in Mesquite Texas. He never did reply back pretty much brushed me off. I only called to get an estimate. I think they’re very unprofessional and don’t care about their people so I tried to reach out by calling their office again. Some lady picked up the phone asked me what number I was told to send the pictures to and she said she’ll give me a call back. She never did so. I’ll tell you guys be careful who you sell your cars too. I found a better place that actually cared about the situation. My grandma is very old. She can no longer drive these vehicles I just wanted to sell the vehicles for her. I flew all the way from California to help her and was treated badly here in Texas by top dollar so do not sell your vehicle with them. Thank you
