So ridiculous. Was originally told they would be here in 90 min, at 1:10. I called at 1:21 for an updated ETA. After confusing me with a client at wrightsville beach (makes sense now) I was told the driver got behind and was headed to me now. Ok cool, I understand stuff happens. No worries. I then call back at 3:24 for an updated ETA.....again. and was told the driver got behind and was headed to me now.....again. At 4:12 I called again for an updated ETA, since I'm trying to get my car to the shop before they close to get my tire changed. I'm now told that they are gonna have to get another company to come because their truck is broke down on the side of the road. I seriously understand that you can't control life and things like this happening, but what's the odds that they did me the same way back in June. No explanation last time, they just reassigned me to another tow company after waiting several hours. They were very friendly on the phone and in text but not cool to keep stringing people along if you know you're not gonna be able to get to them. My husband took off early from work to be able to follow the truck to the shop so we could get my tire done ASAP. But the way things are looking now, I'm not gonna make it. (Also, my number is the number on the policy as well as the number used to set up the tow.) Shout out to Valor Towing on the ridiculously quick response time getting here to try to help me get to the shop. They showed up before I finished writing this.

Ms. Nancy was incredible! She literally was here to jump my Range Rover in 15 minutes after the insurance company dispatched her. It was 4am! She was quick, careful with my vehicle and very kind!<br><br>Land Rover Roadside dispatched someone at midnight, I waited 3.5 hours and they did not show up. I am so glad Nancy was so efficient! I would highly recommend using this great company for all of hour tow or roadside needs!!!

After waiting two hours, I called to confirm arrival time and the first person I spoke to (woman) was so rude and nasty and she said she was going to cancel my wrecker Bec she said she called me and I didn’t answer. She didn’t let me confirm or deny missing the call and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company at all!
