My ignition switch on my car wouldn’t turn to crank this morning so I needed a tow. Honestly, I just chose this place at random, but I’m so glad I did! I called and Brandon was absolutely wonderful. We reviewed all of the car info and pricing. I gave him my credit card info and he texted me my receipt while we were still on the phone! Then the tow truck operator, Bobby, called me soon after to verify all the info and coordinate the pick up of my vehicle. Later on, I made a follow up call to Bobby in the afternoon just to make sure everything went okay with the drop off. He let me know exactly where he dropped my car, and even sent photos of where it was parked AND him putting the key in the dropbox. It’s so nice that they document that process so you feel good knowing your car made it safely to its drop off. I have never needed a tow truck before, but if I ever do again I will definitely be calling Castle Hayne Towing!

My son’s car was totaled in an accident. Not only did Castle Hayne do a great job taking care of the car, but they also helped my son understand a lot about what steps he needed to take next. Brandon was especially helpful coordinating an appointment when my son had to get his license plate over the weekend when the lot wasn’t open. They helped with a lot more than just towing. Classy operation.
