The lady at the desk was very nice. My car was repossessed and I worked my ass off to get my car back! They mentioned that my car got cleaned out because they MIXED UP the VINs and were setting my car up to be transported. I had an envelope with $15 and another stash of cash in my center console $140. When I asked about the money, I got a quick “everything is in the bag in the backseat.” I got home and cleared the whole bag and my money was gone. Stealing money from someone who was struggling to pay for their car is a little low. You guys mixed up the VIN numbers and cleared my car out when it wasn’t supposed to be. so even though I should’ve been a little more mindful, I think I should be getting my cash back. You guys should do better.

Atlantic Recovery is a complete disaster. They towed my car during their sneaky nighttime rounds, claiming it had no parking sticker—wrong! My sticker was clearly displayed in my rear window, as my apartment complex instructed. They said they took pictures but couldn’t be bothered to look closely or use a flashlight. The apartment management wasn’t even notified, forcing me to file a stolen car police report.<br><br>The owner, Will Hewett, claimed my window was “too dark,” but they’re doing rounds at night, so how does that even make sense? When I arrived, he insisted the sticker should be in the windshield, directly contradicting what the apartment instructed.<br><br>Will offered no accountability, just endless excuses, and never even apologized. Their unprofessionalism cost me and my roommates hours of time. If you need a towing company, look elsewhere—this place has no integrity and is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

On November 26, 2025 it was at 8:20p.m.It was on Northeast Road in Hallboro North Carolina. Atlanta recovery try to kill me and they ran me off the road. On November 30, 2025 they did the same thing to me again in Whiteville North Carolina. On December 4, 2025 they also have been threatening me and harassment me..Last Saturday night they shoot their guns at my house. Three weeks ago I did send a email to my local law enforcement department. I told them that I wanted to file attempt murder charges towards Atlanta recovering of Wilmington North Carolina.For what they did to me.
