Absolutely terrible experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I brought my rotors so they can cut them and the job was completely botched. Carlos and Leonardo were the ones who “assisted” me im not saying they were the ones that did the job wrong , but they weren’t any help at all either. Whoever did the job not only cut them wrong, but they left the rotors in worse shape than when I brought it in. Now I’m stuck dealing with the damage they caused. I wasted hours of my time and even more money trusting this place with cutting my rotors. I’m furious because of the poor workmanship and because of how carelessly the situation was handled. No accountability and no resolution just a wrecked job and wasted time.<br>If you care about your vehicle do not trust this store with your rotors repairs or buying parts. O’Reilly’s should be ashamed for allowing people this careless to work at any position in the store.

I came in for a headlight lamp. 2 guys in the front. One has been working for 2 weeks. The only only speaks Spanish. They were busy but said they install my lamp, I could wait in my car. 20 minutes later I went inside because the one guy was helping a customer who came in after me install a battery. He asked the new guy to tell me he'd help me after the other guy because my light bulb would be easy. Well then do mine first!!! So I continued waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 40 minutes after my purchase, and after he came in and helped another customer, I was back in line waiting to just get a refund. I spent 70 minutes of my time on this nonsense and now I have to go somewhere else for my light bulb. There was another guy working, getting parts it looked like, but he wasn't helping out front at all. Clearly not enough people working on a Friday evening, especially when they help customers outside the store with their vehicles. I won't return to this location.
