I’m very disappointed with the customer service I experienced with this wrecker service. The employees were rude and showed little respect while speaking with me. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. When you’re already dealing with a stressful situation that requires a tow, basic courtesy and support should be expected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope improvements are made in how customers are treated moving forward.<br><br>Ps. You definitely need the proof of insurance to do any type of pick up

Very pleasant experience, considering we were having to get a car out of impound everybody here was friendly.It didn't take long at all, and they drove us to the vehicle in a golf cart with a very nice gentleman.Overall good experience

Unfortunately have had a couple of times I’ve had to interact with 1 time an impound (ugh didn’t register rental with apartment) and most recent I was in an accident my car lost to and got towed.. Never want a towed car but they were super friendly and helpful even while stressed and upset
