DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!! I went to go get my windshield replaced and they broke my windshield wipers. My wipers worked before I went to go get it fixed. A week later it was raining and my winsheild wipers werent working anymore. I called 2 mechanics, they both said something went wrong when they installed the windshield. So i went back and i explained to the lady in the front what happened, and she told me i shouldve looked before leaving with my car. I told her why would i be worried with my wipers if they were only supposed to fix my windshield and she started telling the guys who works there "segun" my wipers were broken. She was very rude in general. So i asked the guy to please come check it out. My grandmother and I started explaining what happened, and he started saying that they "dont touch the wipers" when they installed the windshield, my grandmother then askd him to show her how they install the windshield, and he proceeds to touch and pick up the wipers with his hands, he starts yelling at my grandmother saying its an "electrical problem" my grandmother was asking if he can check to see whats wrong with the wipers so we can get them fixed and he rolls his eyes and walks away. Very unprofessional and would not go back.

This place is incredibly Rude, unfortunately the only place in Laredo. I’d rather travel to a surrounding city than to ever do business with them again. The workers are rude, the mangers are rude. They are no help, and they raise prices as they please. Laredo needs Better. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

My fault for not reading the reviews, never again will I do business with this place. Long story short, I took my son's truck for paint, hood and roof only. Took it in on a tues and was told it be ready by Friday, Saturday the most.<br>It's been 10 days and not ready yet.<br>Each time we call, we get the same answer, "it'll be ready tomorrow."<br>Twice I've asked for pictures to see if they even started on it. I haven't received anything. The rude lady on the phone told me , I should've read the sign that says we are short handed in staff. I told her you shouldn't have told me an end date and keep telling me it'll be ready tomorrow. 10 days and counting, stay away from this place.<br><br>Update, we are having to call police to get our car back. At this point, I don't care the condition it is in, I just want it back. They would not release it to me.<br><br>Second update, it took two officers and 3 hours to get my truck back. Lie after lie is what I kept getting.<br>Long story short, it took them 11 days to just sand the hood and roof.<br>Absolutely the worst experience. Be warned everybody.<br>Can I edit my review to a minus 5?
