Use a ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. Hit a patch of ice, and slid in the ditch and unfortunately had to use these thieves. Told me it would be a certain price and and they would get right on it. I also asked to let me know when they picked it up so I could pay them when they got it to the shop. Not only did they pick the truck up over eight hours later, but they charged me over $100 more than the price I was told AND charged it to the shop as to where I was forced to pay it. When I called to ask what was the reasoning was behind this, I was told I would get a call back explaining and never heard anything back. Beware. Absolutterrible
